Villa de lujo con piscina privada. Perfectamente situado para explorar Chipre

Villa Katerina es una villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios con una gran piscina privada, situada en el pintoresco pueblo de Peyia. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila en la parte superior de un callejón sin salida con otras 4 casas. Hay un campo de árboles de algarrobo que respaldan a la villa donde las cabras a veces se pueden ver.

Villa Katerina cuenta con 3 amplias habitaciones, todas con aire acondicionado (cargo extra pequeño) y ventiladores de techo. Arriba hay un dormitorio doble apertura a un gran balcón con hamacas y sombrillas con vistas a la piscina y una habitación doble con vistas al campo de algarrobo. También hay un cuarto de baño con ducha / bañera.

En la planta baja hay otro amplio dormitorio doble con su propio cuarto de baño dando mayor privacidad para parejas compartiendo o cualquier persona con capacidades de menos. La zona habitable es de diseño abierto con una gran sala de estar / comedor con vistas a la piscina y terrazas amplias sol. Hay 3 sofás de gamuza, mesa de comedor para 6 personas, TV con canales en Internet, incluyendo la principal Inglés TV junto con las películas, etc y una selección de DVD, equipo de música y una selección de libros. Internet gratis.

La cocina está muy bien equipada. Una gama de unidades con superficies de granito, horno, vitrocerámica, nevera / congelador, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, plancha y tabla, enfriador de agua y todo lo necesario para cocinar si lo desea.

Por fuera es la atracción estrella, una más grande que la piscina de profundidad media. 10x5. escalera romana en la parte menos profunda y una escalera en la parte más profunda. Hay amplias terrazas con hamacas y sombrilla junto con una gran pérgola para dar sombra durante el sol del mediodía. También hay una zona de patio encubierto en el que hay una mesa y sillas para sentarse 6 personas. Perfecto para cenar al aire libre. Hay una barbacoa en la parte trasera de la villa.

Estamos perfectamente situados para explorar gran parte del área circundante.

La famosa estación de Coral Bay está a 2 km y la ciudad de Paphos es sólo una unidad de 15 minutos, ya que es Kato Paphos, con su puerto y sus famosos mosaicos.

El pueblo tradicional chipriota de Peyia con sus tabernas, supermercados, panadería, charcutería, mercado de frutas y carnicerías están a poca distancia.

Coral Bay tiene algunas de las mejores playas de bandera azul en Chipre, donde se puede nadar en el agua clara baja segura. Aquí también encontrará numerosos restaurantes y bares.

Sólo a lo largo de la costa virgen es la reserva natural de Akamas con millas de playas desiertas donde las tortugas vienen a poner sus huevos. Se recomienda un 4x4 para visitar el Akamas.

Hay muchas pequeñas playas a lo largo de la costa hacia los Akamas donde se puede bucear en el agua azul claro o caminar a lo largo de la escarpada costa de las vistas espectaculares, comer en algunos de los restaurantes famosos, como el pasado Casle (Viklaris) y Oniros por el mar con vistas a la ruina de la nave.

También estamos muy bien situado para visitar las montañas de Troodos con bellos monasterios, Tumbas de los Reyes, polis, Lastsi y lugar de nacimiento de Afrodita.

Tomar un barco a la laguna azul para un día memorable.

Podemos organizar el alquiler de coches de una empresa local a precios muy competitivos, junto con las transferencias de taxi para conseguir sus vacaciones a un comienzo relajante.

Villa Katerina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Heerlijk ruim huis, super zwembad

Mooi huis. Ruim, alles is aanwezig om je thuis te voelen. Watercooler, wasmachine, grote koelkast met vriesgedeelte, Goede bedden, fijne douche. Vooral een heerlijk ruim zwembad met buitendouche. Lekkere ligbedden. Locatie centraal op Cyprus. Echter wel auto nodig. Plaatsje Peia viel tegen. Wel lopend restaurantjes maar een klim, en mist wat sfeer. Goede informatie map in huisje en ook informatie boekjes/ folders ed. Jammer dat voor airco betaald moest worden met soort prepaid kaarten. Liever hadden we dan een vaste toeslag gehad. Er is altijd iemand (Jackie) stand-by voor vragen/ problemen. Top vakantie gehad.

Fabulous Villa for a family holiday!

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Katerina! And feel very lucky to have gotten away during such challenging times! Contact with Karen the owner was easy and friendly from the outset and Karen was also very helpful when it came to suggesting things to do and organising car hire for us from a local company. The villa is well laid out and spacious and the downstairs shower room is fabulous! It has great outdoor space for sun bathing and the pool is prefect - really good size and great depth for diving (my son, not me!! 😂) The water cooler in the kitchen is a great added bonus. The only extra thing that I would have liked in the kitchen would be a dish washer, but otherwise it’s very well equipped. Karen also arranged a welcome pack for us which was much appreciated as we were arriving on a late flight. The villa is located in a quiet residential area so you do really need a car if you want to get out and about, although there are cafes, bars and shops within walking distance as well. A lovely villa and lovely owners - would happily stay here again on future visits to Cyprus.

Lovely Villa, Great Location

Prior to arrival, we had excellent communication with Karen and Dexter who provided lots of advice regarding the suitability of the villa in relation to our needs. We had decided to hire a car to explore and Karen and Dexter were very helpful in recommending a local company and providing directions to the villa. On arrival at Villa Katerina, we accessed the key safe without issue and upon entering were very impressed with the layout and the facilities offered. There was milk, bread, butter, cheese and ham in the fridge which was great as we arrived late at night. Jackie, the villa manager arrived the following day to ensure we had settled in and we had everything we needed. Villa katerina is located in a quiet residential area however, is only a couple of minutes drive to the village of Peyia with it's many tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets, making this a very convenient location for us as we were travelling with two young children. It is also only a 15 minute drive to Coral bay and a 35 minute drive to Paphos Airport. it provided a great base to explore the surrounding areas such as the Troodos Mountains, Aphrodite's Rock, Tombs of the Kings, the beach and harbour. The villa is very spacious and has everything needed to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay. It was lovely to spend time on the large balcony, relaxing with a glass of wine. The large pool suited our needs perfectly and was a big hit with the children who enjoyed having it all to themselves stating, 'we like the pool best'. The pool is cleaned during the week early on a morning so this did not interrupt our enjoyment. This was our first time using a villa and we thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace from the large all inclusive resorts we have previously visited. This also felt like a very safe option during the current COVID-19 situation. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to families and couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday and an ideally located villa to visit the many sights and attractions in the area. Home from home

If your looking at villas in the coral Bay Area of paphos look no further this villa is fantastic the photos and description on the advert are spot on no crafty photo angles to make the place look bigger then it is You have every thing you would need in the kitchen the place is spotlessly clean on arrival we had a late flight and we was supplied with milk bread a pack of ham for a drink and sandwich after a long day (nice touch) Would we go back ? In a flash if we don’t go next year it will be the year after We loved the place and didn’t want to come home If three couples wanted to go you would not be on top of each other the pool is in the sun all day it’s very quiet it’s not essential to hire a car but I would recommend one to venture out of the village because there is so much to see and do Once you have booked through home and away and paid your deposit you can email The owners Karen and dexter direct with any questions they organised our collection from the airport and our hire car and Jackie and Alan are on hand at the villa if you have any problems not that we did

Absolutely fantastic villa which was well equipped and maintained

We had a great time staying at villa Katerina. It had everything we needed and more! It was spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The water cooler is a brilliant extra that we didn’t expect and kept us all hydrated throughout our stay. The large pool was checked and maintained regularly with plenty of inflatables for us to use. The villa is situated about a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants and Coral bay is about a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). There is a resident cat who visited us everyday and was very friendly. From the minute we booked the villa Karen was on hand to offer advice and information relating to anything we might need for our holiday which was very helpful. The only negatives we felt were the beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses and pillows were very hard, and the bbq was chained to the back wall (where the gas bottles are) , which although close to the kitchen was not in a very sociable space (dining table is at the front of the villa) so we didn’t use it as much as we had envisaged. Overall however this did not spoil our stay and we would most definitely recommend villa Katerina and look forward to staying there again in the future 😊. We would also recommend a day trip on George’s fun bus as this was a great day out and fantastic value for money.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We first had a holiday in this beautiful villa when it belonged to friends. We just fell in love with the place. Peyia is a wonderful, traditional village with good restaurants and shops and a pretty village square. The villa is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short distance of Coral Bay. We have a carob field to the rear and the local farmer often brings his goats to feed. The local people are very friendly and you always feel safe with none of the hassle often experienced in foreign holiday resorts. When we returned to the UK after our holiday, we discovered our friends were going to sell the property as they were having another villa built just a short distance away. The rest is history.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Villa Katerina is a 10 minute walk into Peyia village, 5 minutes drive to Coral Bays beautiful beaches and is perfectly situated for exploring the Akamas as well as Tombs of the Kings, Troodos, Mosaics and much more. We have a larger than average deep pool with extensive sun terraces and also an under cover area to get some shade from the midday sun. Villa Katerina has been furnished to a very high standard. It was not originally intended for rental, it has so much more than you would expect from a holiday let. We hope to move out to Cyprus when we retire and so this is home from home. We try to visit twice a year to keep the villa well maintained. Every time we go out we find it harder & harder to return to the UK. We selectively let the villa to help with the running costs and also to allow guests to experience our little corner of paradise.
