The photographer who took the pictures of the property did an excellent job of covering up
First impression of the property Cozumel was terrible, the place was not cleaned, we had to clean around the pool ourselves it was filthy as was the floors in the lounge, our feet were black walking on the floors, there was no ventilation in the entire property, no fans, we asked for a fan and they said 15 Euro per week, after complaining they gave us one but then it got so hot we ask for two more with only two days to go they gave us two and charged us 30 dollars just for two days it would probably been cheaper to buy them, these fans were really old. The oven in the main kitchen did not work, the Internet stopped working after two days and didn’t get fixed until our last day and then it was so slow not even 1 mb down load, the fridge down stairs was not there but was in the picture, swimming pool lights or jacuzzi did not work.The Club Villamar people made promises and said they were coming to the villa but only once did they come and then only the Internet got fixed. The overall property was a shambles so much work unfinished, garden lights broken and several not working, the BBQ was all rusted and parts need to be replaced, the pool water return scuppers broken and floating around in the pool. To sum up I would not stay there again or recommend it to someone else, I have friends who will submit my report to the local council (town hall), this report will have pictures attached and will be sent to yourself and Club Villamar
