Nuestro 2 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños ciudad natal se encuentra en un compuesto cerrada tranquila a pocos minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de Grace Bay, restaurantes y tiendas.
En el nivel superior hay 2 dormitorios de lujo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y su propio baño con bañera de hidromasaje para su relajación. El maestro también se jacta de un paseo por la cubierta con vistas a la piscina y jardines. El segundo dormitorio es en suite y tiene una cama queen size. Ambos cuentan con techos abovedados de cedro hermosas.
La planta baja dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una isla y baldosas de travertino en todo. El amplio comedor y sala de estar conduce a un porche que da a la piscina y jardines y se complementa con una sala de polvo. Palmira cuenta con aire acondicionado central, ventiladores de techo, servicio de lavandería, lavavajillas, cable e Internet esto es verdaderamente un lugar hermoso y tranquilo en Grace Bay y está a una corta distancia a pie de los principales lugares que desea estar en sus vacaciones.
Decoradas con buen gusto, si ofrece 1.700 sq. Ft. En 2 plantas, con capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente y puede acomodar a más de ser necesario en el sofá-cama en la sala de estar y un futón en el Master.
La comunidad segura consta de 4 bloques de 6 casas de la ciudad situado en torno a hermosos jardines tropicales.
Palmira está a sólo 15 minutos en coche desde el aeropuerto que significa menos tiempo de vacaciones malgastado viajando.
we enjoy a lot, we were 5 adults and a baby. so it was perfect for us with enough space for everybody so we didn't feel squeeze.
the only enhancement would be a better sleeping sofa, the mattress was too soft.

We were 2 couples staying for 10 days shortly after Xmas and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo owned by Marc and Shanta. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches and the shops at the Salt Mills just down the street. We did have a car and explored many of the great beaches on Turks and Caicos. The weather was absolutely perfect for the entire 10 days with bright sun and blue skies every day. The condo was exactly as pictured with a well stocked kitchen and was was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was just outside our screened porch and was a great place to relax after the beach. The condo came with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella which we used each and every day.
The only issue we had was keeping the front bedroom cool at night however we learned that if you keep both bedroom doors open during the night everyone was very comfortable while sleeping.
Marc and Shanta were very accomodating and wonderful hosts during our entire stay. We would certainly consider returning to this unit in the very near future. I would have no problems in recommending this unit to others.
The location was ideally located in Grace Bay and close to the Salt Mills shopping area. Our condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Though not directly on the beach, the beach was easily accessible. The host was also very accommodating to ours needs. We had a nice vacation and would recommend to others.

Lots of room for our family. We had a great time, Marc & Shanta were great, meeting us at the condo late on the night we arrived. The condo comes "fully equipped" as we didn't find ourselves needing anything that we wish we had. it truly felt like a home away from home. We did make the walk to the nearby grocery store - probably great in the winter but a little warm during the summer. We rented a car from Grace Bay Rentals and had a great week in TCI.
Marc did a great job of preparing us for our stay at TCI as well as meeting us at the condo. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos, clean, well furnished and appointed with most of everything you would need for your stay including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. There is pool right outside the condo as well as a deck and BBQ grill. Walk to the town is about 15 minutes, beach about 7 minutes. Town has access to a supermarket as well as car rental which I highly recommend. As an aside AC is unfortunately central and you can't control which room you are cooling so keep that in mind. Access to bicycles would have been nice, although you can rent them in town for about $20/day. Overall great stay on this beautiful island.
My husband, myself and another couple stayed at Palmyra Villas April 2nd - 7th. It was our first time to TCI. We absolutely fell in love with this island. I must start by saying my husband and I island hop quite a bit, but this place has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Mark met us upon arrival and was great to work with. He made sure we were all set before leaving. The unit has beach chairs which we used quite a bit and everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The island can be quite expensive, but once you figure out where the locals buy their groceries and personal items it is more reasonably priced. We had a car which made life even easier. I would definitely recommend a car rental because it allows you to explore various beaches on the island. The condo is also central to shops and restaurants which was great. Most beaches took us no more than 10 minutes by car. However, there is a beach right near the villas which is about a 5 minute car ride away. It could be walking distance but may be difficult if lugging equipment (snorkel, chairs, food, etc.)
I would definitely recommend TCI and staying at this condo. The upgrades were a nice touch and the condo is very clean and well maintained. We would for sure stay here again!
Palmira se encuentra a las afueras de la zona ocupada Grace Bay, pero lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a en 5 minutos. Situado en el pueblo en desarrollo en Grace Bay con maravillosos jardines relajantes
