Apartamento Wi-Fi a 400 m. de la Catedral.

Luminous and functional apartment (Wi-Fi included) with an excellent situation in Seville city center. The aparment is equipped with two bedrooms, a complete kitchen and also with a spacious living-room with big balcony to street Zaragoza and great views of the Giralda.

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a building of five. This building was completely renovated in 2002, by this reason all the amenities and equipment are rather modern. As I told before it must be also mentioned that the street where this apartment is located is a pedestrian one, which makes the apartment even more quiet and comfortable.

Its location is absolutely perfect, with important monuments and landmarks all around it: just around the corner we can find the two streets that form the real center of the shopping here in Seville: Sierpes and Tetuán. Also very close we also find: the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, the Plaza Nueva with the City Hall, Salvador Church, etc. So, as you can see, the situation is excellent and makes this apartment a perfect chance to know the city.

Very Nice and Fully Equipped Appartment

When we arrived, the apartment was really clean and met our expectations. Our contact with the owners was good and everything went well. I would recommend this appartment to other people since we were also able to do everything on foot thanks to the nice location.

Appartement idéalement situé, parfait

Appartement dans le centre, près de tout ce qui est à voir, quartier vivant, petits commerces à proximité (légumes,épicerie, Spar, glacier au pied de l'immeuble!)

Pas très loin du Guadalquivir où le bus de l'aeroport nous a laissé (station Torre del Oro) et repris a notre retour.

L'appartement est au 3eme étage avec ascenseur, très clair, il a vue dégagée sur les toits et vue sur la Giralda.

Ideal pour 4personnes, rien ne manque...

Cet appartement très agréable a participé à la réussite de notre séjour à Séville ainsi que le propriétaire qui a rendu tout très facile.

Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!

Ottima vacanza, casa bellissima e centrale

L'appartamento era molto bello, molto confortevole, in ottima posizione per visitare la città ed era coerente con quanto descritto al momento della prenotazione. Era pulito ed in ottimo stato. Internet funzionava bene. Molto gentile e disponibile il Sig, Nacho Quiròs. Sicuramente lo consiglierei ad un amico.

Great apartment

Hi, I would like to thank Nacho so much for my great staying in this apartment. The apartment was very well located in Seville, big, comfortable and relaxing. It is perfect for a group of friends or a big family! Me and my friends enjoyed it so much and we didn't have any troubles. Nacho is a very active person as well, if you have any problem he will solve for you in 5 mins!
