Apartamento Wi-Fi en palacio del siglo XVII con bonitos jardines (Santa Cru

Coqueto y silencioso apartamento situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Sevilla, en el Barrio de Santa Cruz, y muy cercano a todos los monumentos importantes de la capital andaluza.Dentro del apartamento podemos destacar el suelo y techo de madera, éstos últimos muy altos como en las típicas casas sevillanas. El apartamento, aunque pequeño, dispone igualmente de un gran salón con un gran ventanal que da a uno de los jardines del palacio. El dormitorio se encuentra en una mezanina al que se accede por una escalera de caracol.

Céntrico y confortable

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Sevilla, a minutos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Aparte esta muy bien equipado y cómodo, totalmente recomendable.

Cute, cozy, and centrally located apartment!

Very comfortable apartment right in the center of all of the action. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and entertainment all within a few minutes of walking. Although the apartment is not very big, it feels very spacious. It could very comfortably fit 4 people. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary to have a wonderful stay!

Nacho was an amazing host and provided me with information and made sure that I had everything that I needed.

I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Cool place!

Es un lugar muy bonito. The apartment is located in an alley in the center of town. In just a couple steps the street widens and shops can be seen. At night everything was quiet and during the day time there is a lot of buzz as shoppers intertwine the streets. From the outside there is a huge door and a large wall, unbeknownst to me it opened up to a large colorful courtyard. It's pretty cool. The apartment is on the side of the courtyard. The apartment is dark with very few windows, but it's decorations are cute. It has a living space downstairs and a darling sleeping area in the mezzanine. Everything inside is gorgeous. The propetier might be forgetful or busy, but he forgot my arrival time thus creating some confusion between us. Besides that he showed me some sights in Sevilla and seemed used to having guests over as the wifi password was conveniently placed on the wall. Cool place, highly recommend it.

Beautiful Apartment on a perfect location!

LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY: It was a short but lovely two-days stay in this beautiful apartment right at the Historic centre of Seville. The location was absolutely perfect! As it is situated at a very quiet & clean neighbourhood at the heart of the city. The apartment is approximately 100m away from El Salvador Church, & about 2-3minutes walk away from the Cathedral de Sevilla, Giralda Tower, Alcazar of Seville, & all other major points of interest. Everything you need is just around your doorstep, You name it: Restaurants, Tapas Bars, shopping areas, banks, parks, convenience stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, wine shops, are just stone-throw away.

COMFORTABILITY, LAYOUT & AMENITIES: You can feel the vibe of a Spanish-ambient in this lovely Typical Sevillian-style apartment with a very high ceiling, wooden flooring & ceilings, wooden large windows over-looking the courtyard. Ventilation is very good cos of the high-ceiling & huge windows. The lay-out of the apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. The metal staircase gave more charm to it.

*The Bedroom is located at the loft area, accessible thru the staircase. A very comfortable queen-size bed provided with Linens, Pillows & Comforters.

*The Bathroom is decent, with cold & hot shower, & with some Toiletries available (Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.)

*The living room is spacious & have a large sofa convertible into a queen-size bed, & fixed-couches by the window. Lamps, lightings, & heaters are available.

*There is a small-hidden Kitchen, complete with Kitchenwares: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, cookwares, utensils, basic spices: salt, sugar, coffee etc.

SAFETY: The place is very secure, quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. I can walk around 2-3am in the morning and feel safe with all the street lightings. I don’t see any bystanders or gangs hanging around elsewhere.

GOOD WIFI CONNECTION.

AFFORDABILITY: With it’s perfect location, comfortability, safety, spacious and basically all-I-need is right at this apartment… I can definitely say it is the BEST VALUE for money!

VERY HELPFUL HOST: Nacho, is very friendly & accommodating. He is very knowledgable with the historic places in his town. Basically, all the information you need to know you can ask him thru sms, and he responds right away. He is very personal in handling his clients.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!! I would surely love to stay here again the next time I will be back in Sevilla & recommend it to my family & relatives!
