This house feels like a home!

My family and I enjoy vacationing in the Hamptons, it has become a family tradition now for many years.

Most recently we had the opportunity to spend time at this rental and it has become one of our favorites! The home is tucked away and has plenty of privacy, yet so close to the Town of East Hampton. Everything from the well manicured landscaping around the house to the relaxing pool area this was the perfect setting for our Hamptons vacation. The house has a cozy, warm feeling but yet airy and bright. The owner has done an amazing job maintaining the house, I was truly impressed how everything was so well kept and clean. The living room was spacious and comfortable for all of us to enjoy. The kitchen was equipped for a chef, which was perfect for our family. We were also able to enjoy the large dining room which over looks the pool, in the evening this was an amazing backdrop for our dinner party. This is on the top of my list for our next vacation rental!

This property is truly a hidden gem.. it's completely private with all the amenities.

This property is truly a Gem. There are not many that have this privacy entirely. It has an amazing Lap pool which is hard to come by. It's a two level house with its master bed room on the second floor with a private bath and Bain tub. It is awesome.. you enter with private gates and incredible plantings.. we had a wonderful time. There is enough room to be private or entertain in a social setting. The one thing that truly remains in my mind is the incrdable lighting. Day and night.. Sun light just gleams throughout the house and night time the moonlight.. besides all the exteria lighting accents.. I would recommend this property to all and know your in for such a treat.. the perfect escape..

I just love it!

Great getaway

The house has amazing grounds, you still get the privacy but not in the middle of no where. The house is elegant and cozy. I love how you get the privacy but don't feel so out of the way from the town, it's just perfect. House is very clean and very well kept. The pool area is beautiful and the house is so bright and open. Everytime I have come here I have never had any complaints. Such a peaceful getaway always. This house is one of my favorites. The owner was so accommodating from beginning to end to make sure things were perfect because of this I look forward to renting again, and I believe anyone would enjoy this beautiful home !

Lovely Home in Every Way!

I have rented in Hamptons for the past 18 years and this rental was by far the best in terms of both quality and value. I stayed here with my wife and two children and the house suited our needs perfectly. From the minute you drive through the gates you begin to feel a sense of tranquility as you leave the craziness of the Hamptons in the summer behind. The grounds are perfectly attended to, with an abundance of flowers, bushes and trees surrounding the property that provide true privacy and beauty. The very large heated pool surrounded by a brick patio creates a beautiful view as you open the front door. The gorgeous landscaping is matched by the lovely interiors of the home. The house is filled with natural light, has a very open floor plan and features clean-lined, but also very comfortable, furnishings. As people who love cooking, my wife and I found the kitchen to be a perfect fit. Very large and featuring a great dining area in its own bay of windows, the kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances (including a beverage cooler and expresso maker) and ample counter space. My kids loved having their own bedrooms downstairs. Both bedrooms have TVs (as does the kitchen, living room and master) and one has sliding doors to the patio. The downstairs bathroom has an amazing rain shower and also has direct access to the patio and pool, which was perfect for showering right after a swim. The dining room has an incredible table with enough seating for even a large dinner party. The adjoining double height ceiling in the living room creates a spacious feeling in the room while the gas fireplace and very plush couch add elements of warmth and coziness. My wife and I loved the privacy of the huge master suit on the second floor. The king size bed is beyond comfortable and the bathroom features a huge spa tub, double sinks and a great shower stall. Although I didn't get to do it enough, it was so nice to sit on the balcony off the bedroom in the morning with my coffee and the newspaper. There is even a dedicated office space upstairs with a beautiful glass-topped desk which came in very handy more than once. Another big plus was the location of the home. Close to town and the beach, we enjoyed biking everywhere! We enjoyed our stay so much that it was very hard for us to leave this house. But one thing is for sure...We'll be back!

East Hampton Rental

I stayed at this home with some friends during the summer. Felt like we were at a mini resort. The house is spacious, immaculate and very bright - plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped so we had everything we needed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a balcony overlooking the backyard with the built in pool. The grounds are impeccable. You are surrounded by lush greenery, manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. Truly a private retreat. The house is located on a cul de sac so there were no cars going by. Very quiet and private. Perfect home away from home. The owner is amazing to work with from start to finish. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
