A pleasant surprise

Spending the month here was a positive experience for us. We wanted to sample life in this retirement village and we certainly were impressed with the number of activities available and the people we encountered here. When we asked folks if they had any regrets about living here the common reply was "We wish we had moved in earlier". As for the unit we rented, it is cozy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. The bamboo skirting on the balcony provides additional privacy. Beds are comfortable and a wide variety of pillows assures sleepers can find just the right one. TV in the master bedroom was a touch of luxury. There is a laundry room close by where the cost is only $1.00 for a large load and the dryers are free. Can't beat that! The only negative for us was the area rugs. My husband uses a cane and I have Parkinson's so we have to avoid tripping hazards. There are stairs going up to the unit, but we knew that going in. All in all, our choice was a good one. By far the best place we have ever rented.

Another Awesome Summer

This is the second summer (June and July 2017) that we have spent at this condo and it was another awesome stay. It has everything you could ask for and much more in such a perfect location in Southern California and the owners are great.

The perfect condo that you could ask for.

We totally enjoyed 3 1/2 months in this beautiful fully equipped condo. We hope to rent this condo from the nicest people who own it in the future. The place was immaculate and perfectly located in a safe gated community. Lots of activities, restaurants and beaches nearby. Jeanne was very attentive to any questions or concerns that we had.

Very good to excellant

We enjoyed our stay very much. Jean and Al were very helpful with everything. Condo had many new features and very clean. Laundry was close by and very inexpensive.
