Great stay at A Water’s Edge!

We loved our three night’s at A Water’s Edge! Comfortable and cozy, with every amenity we needed, and fabulous views of the water. (We enjoyed sitting in the comfy recliners and watching the boat traffic go by.) Centrally located to everything we wanted to do, too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot!

Great quiet location with a beautiful view. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We had everything we needed. Lovely decor!

Wish I could have stayed longer

We loved our brief stay and hope to be back. It’s is not far from town with an unobstructed view to the sea. It was fun to watch the fishing boats coming and going. The property is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Bed linens, pillows and towels are very comfortable. We loved it and would recommend to anyone visiting Sitka.

A great Gem

Stayed at the Waters Edge for the most memorable and wonderful week. Joan and John owners were absolutely the most wonderful host to this great gem. We found this gem to be very clean and fit our needs right down to the beautiful mornings and evenings. Setting on the front deck was amazing. We watched fishing boats leave and return daily watched sealions play. Joan and John invited us to sit by the fire with them one night and we had the best time. They were the most amazing hosts. I would recommend this rental to anyone. We hated to leave. Our next trip to Alaska we will definitely be returning here for our future stays in Sitka. I can't say it enough this is truly a gem. Til next Joan and John! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.
