Trip into nature

This is a house immersed in nature. There are birds of every color including painted buntings, common yellow throats, black and white throated warblers....All you have to do is sit in the house or sit outside to be rewarded with these songsters. Crabbing and Shrimping has been off since the hurricane passed through but the dolphins cruise the Whale Branch River which is right in front of the house and there is always a place to throw out a fishing line. This is one of our favorite houses to visit and as a result we try to visit every year.

We absolutely loved the property! The view was incredible! Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

charming waterfront home

We stayed for about 10 days in mid-January so we were didn't really think we'd get to enjoy the benefits of the waterfront site. However, we loved waking to the view of the water every morning (including the occasional dolphins) and the gorgeous marsh vistas. The kitchen is well-equipped, bed was quite comfy and bathroom sizable. It was charming, quiet and everything we needed. Looking forward to booking again!

Was as expected according to what the owners said in the description . No disappointments at all. Beautiful small home on the river.
