Review for stay from 14 July 2018 to 21 July 2018
Plus: great location, beautiful apartment.
Minus: no water cooker, no cushions on garden furniture and not enough garden furniture, which we had to share with our neighbours. We prefer to pay the cleaning costs via bank and not cash... Also, nobody rang to check whether everything was ok or so.
The check out was at 10 am. We had already asked to check out earlier as we had to drive back to Holland. We had to wait for Simona (rep of the resort) and the cleaner. At 10.20 am they finally arrived, no apology of some sort. My husband was very angry, but Simona kept arguing it wasn't her fault... The fact that we need to pay a deposit of 500 euros in cash is not something of this day and age. We would have preferred to leave much earlier, but had to wait for the money to be returned. So overall a nice stay, but there are some things that need to be improved.
