A poor apartment and lots of stress
The apartment had broken windows, of which we were not informed it took almost a week to have them repaired and we had to stay in to allow access for the workmen.
We ordered a cot but it had no mattress and no bedding. We also needed to ask for douvet covers. We were told that cots in Spain didn't have proper mattresses (although in the end they gave us one) and that douvet covers were not usually provided - "the same as in hotels" - not the hotels I go to. Then they agreed to provide covers. We were also told to collect everything (including the cot mattress) ourselves from the office but then due to the terrible storms, they offered to deliver them. The water pipe in the kitchen burst and, again, we were asked to stay in for the workmen as they could not guarantee that our belongings would be secure with unsupervised people. We couldn't as we were going out but had to ask them to supervise. The plumber left all his tools behind on the kitchen worktop!
The apartment was ok although there was less furniture than in the photo. The kitchen was well equipped and the sofa and bed were comfortable. There was a bath, as advertised, but no taps! Showers only which was fine but the advert was misleading.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment mainly because things kept going wrong and the agency staff were unhelpful. They seemed unaware that we were on holiday and didn't want hassel.
