This apartment is very well situated in a quiet street, but still in the very centre of the city, so you can sleep well at night. All the major sights are within walking distance, Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Aquarium, main shopping areas are all just a 7/8 minutes walk away.

Just a few blocks away is the oldest church in Barcelona, and other historic sights, such as the Roman walls.


Very well communicated with public transport - 3 metro stations very close to the apartment taking you to visit the famous architecture of Gaudi in the city in just a few metro stops.

There is also a bus stop very close to the apartment where various lines take you straight to the city's beaches!

The area itself has many local shops and supermarkets to buy everything you need for your stay. We can also help arrange any kind of activities, book restaurants which we will reccomend to you, arrange taxi transfers, etc!

HOUSES RULES.

Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed, if the stay needs to be shortened, the price will not drop and will stay the same as the original booking.

As a client, you are expected to respect the rules of out apartments that pertain to the apartment itself and the community it belongs to. The apartment is not to be used as a party space (as we could lose the licence to rent the apartment), but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc.

Note for group of Friends: Parties are not allowed. It is very important that clients have good behavior and are respectful with the rules and the neighbours as we could lose the licence to rent the apartment. Living in an apartment is not the same as living in a house.

In Barcelona there are quiet hours for all the neighbours: -Please no loud noises from 10 pm to 8 am (music, shouting, tv, etc) This is a rule for all the neighbours in Barcelona. Use of the balcony is prohibited from these times (22h - 9am). This is very strict.

The returnable deposit will not be returned if you break any of these rules:
-Damage to the apartment’s furniture or facilities
-Lodging more people than mentioned in this contract
-Loss of keys.
NOTE FOR GROUP OF YOUNG GUESTS: if you make parties and loud music we could lose the licence to rent the apartment
-break any rule.

Check in time is from 2:00 pm (but we will try to accomodate).
Check out max. 10am.


The day of the check in: Late arrival fees: From 21.00h until 22:00h the charge is 30 Euros. From 22:00 to 23.30h, the charge will be 50 Euros.


Please note: FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, check ins are not permitted on the 25th December 31st December and 1st January.Please avoid arrive these dates.


Important: A deposit of 200€ is needed on arrival with a credit card and will be returned at the end of the stay, once the apartment has been inspected.
