Los Oliva House is located in Gáldar, the ancient Royal seat of the island.

The house is just next to the temple of Santiago de los Caballeros and Museum and Cave Archaeological Park Graffiti, declared cultural assets, a circumstance which has a higher interest rate environment.

Los Oliva is a fully-restored traditional house with thick Canarian walls. The house has five bedrooms, two fully-equipped bathrooms, and two lounges. One lounge measures over thirty square metres and its glass ceiling lets in sunlight which adds warmth. The other lounge, larger than fifty square metres, has a wooden floor, African coffered ceiling, and chimney which connects with the patio. Next to this lounge, you'll find a dining room with the same wooden ceiling and floor. It also has a wine cellar attached.

The house has a TV, wifi, stereo, and bookshelves. The main lounge and kitchen connect with an uncovered patio. The patio houses a staircase which you can climb to access a roof terrace with a tanning bed, barbecue, and great sea views. 20 square metres of kitchen are equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a larder. There's also a laundry.

Lovely "real Spain" location, great tapas...

Helpful & prompt pre arrival responses. Fab location in lovely Galdar, great tapas right on doorstep, off typical tourist trail which is great, welcome of local people lovely. Really worth visit to archaeological museum, short walk, & taxi ride to Puerto de las Nieves for amazing sea & mountain views not to mention the fab seafood. For all these reasons would stay again...

Beautiful villa with lots of character

It was a very tastefully decorated villa with large rooms - perfect for larger groups. I was there with my family, we were 7 people ages 30-60. The house had everything we could possibly need (utensils, comfortable beds and couches, dishwasher etc). Spacious bedrooms and living areas. The owners of the house were very helpful and friendly and eager to help. They made us feel very welcome and cared for. The house is located at a charming plaza and there are some nice bars and cafés just around the corner. Perfect for a family or group of friends.
