En general mal debido al problema del aire acondicionado que no funciono durante la estancia

El aire acondicionado es un elemento principal al decidir la elección de mi destino de vacaciones. Dado el calor que suele hacer en estos destinos excluimos todos los alojamientos que carecen de el. Al llegar nos dijo el propietario que no funcionaba y no lo soluciono en toda la estancia. Las sobremesas y las noches eran sofocantes y difícil dormir, ya que debíamos hacerlo con las ventanas cerradas al ser un bajo y estar situado junto a la puerta de salida de la urbanización por lo que solo con pasar se veía perfectamente las habitaciones y las camas. En una reclamación interpuesta, se ha solicitado una compensación por dicha situación.

Respuesta del propietario: Siempre intentamos dar la solución mas rápida a las incidencias, es muy complicado reparar un aire (totalmente nuevo) en menos de una semana em pleno Agosto. Existe el aire, es un aparato nuevo, en garantía, si rompe hasta que viene el técnico no podemos hacer más

Very comfortable, great view of the Med

Comfortable apt. with large, furnished terrace overlooking the water in the distance and para-sailors up close as they cruise the cliffs to El Faro (the lighthouse). Good location in gated community (2 blocks to swimming pool), not far from the beach (you will need a car to get around unless you want a slow bus). Weekly local market a short walk away; ten minute drive to lovely Arenales Beach. Shopping at nearby Gran Alacant; larger city of Alicante is only about 25 minutes north and smaller Santa Pola less than 15 minutes south. Only inconvenience is that all closets are located in one of the two bedrooms. Strongly recommend!

Relaxing stay

Had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. View is exactly like in the picture, absolutely gorgeous. The flat was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner, Juan, was very helpful and even waited for us when our flight was delayed, even though it was late at night. The rental is in a nice, quiet area however Alicante city centre is accessible via a convenient "tourist train" and bus if you don't want to drive or spend money on a taxi! Overall, a very nice holiday and a recommendable accommodation.

Mooi appartement

Goed appartement, rustige omgeving, wandelmogelijkheden, mooie stranden vlakbij. Juan was zeer behulpzaam met adviezen over toeristische mogelijkheden in de omgeving.

La mejor elección para las vacaciones

Encantados con la casa y con el entorno. La casa muy bonita, cómoda , de decoración moderna y muy acogedora. La terraza con vistas al mar, tranquila, para relajarse incluso con niños. No le falta de nada. La descripción del anuncio es acertada.

This property does have all the facilites that you could needed. It is ready to get in and enjoy the mountain and the beach. You do not need to get any device. It has been just renewed. Modern and nice staff. Property is located in one of the best community area. Best Pools in Gran Alacant. You will not miss anything. You will love the sunrise with the beatiful different colours of the red sky (the sun is coming up from the water, looks like everything is on fire), just taking a nice cup of coffee in the terrace. You will not find better view. Full moon as well amaizing, the moon gets orange coming up from the sea. It is a peaceful place, usually there are not any neighbours around. Avoid noisy place in Santa Pola, Gran Alacant or Arenales. This place is one of the best, avoid noisy cars or noisy people, especially at night time. But at the same time you will be close to services like restaurants, coffees, supermarkets or banks. Peaceful but everything on your hand. Property well located in main street in Gran Alacant. Public transport at the entrance of the property. You will enjoy the sea view and as well the mountain, just across the road you can find the start of trekking paths. You have two nice pools sorrounded of nice garden to catch some sun. The beatiful pool area in Gran Alacant, no doubt). Really big area and very green. Perfect to catch the sun. The property have been just renewed. It is beatiful and new. You could drive to the beach (just 5 min driving) or walk (20 min walking). "Train" pick you up nearly at the entrance of the property. Bus stop to Alicante in the same street, 10 min walking. I will give you advice about everything in order to enjoy the area. A lot of several things to do (trekking, cycling, diving, sayling, golf,.....) I can pick you up in the airport if you needed. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME EVEN IF THE PROPERTY IS ALREADY BOOKED.

Gran Alacant is ideally situated on the Costa Blanca next to and overlooking the beautiful Carabassi Beach and has a beaufiful green belt of ecological value. Approx. 5 kilometres from the very interesting town of Santa Pola and in very close proximity to the airport, but not on a flight path.

Our property itself is situated on the top of a steep hill in a quiet area just off the main road which leads directly down to the beach. There are shops and restaurants close to hand.

The local Tapas bars will give you a real taste of Spanish life and the local shops can supply all your needs very cheaply. The beautifully decorated Chinese restaurants are particularly good value for money Other good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. Holiday makers enjoy gathering in the local square during the evenings where there is always a very friendly atmosphere and also an internet café should you want to catch up on those emails. Several banks are just a walf from the property and a Pharmacy. There are also several larger super markets a short drive away in the Commercial Centre. Here you can enjoy a relaxing lunch during siesta time.

There is a wonderfull street market on Thursdays.

A short walk down the hill will bring you to the nature reserve.

There is a lovely coastal (flat) road which you can walk/cycle along to Santa Pola. On this lovely coastal road this year are some exquisite beach bars wonderfully furnished with double beds and sofas with live music at times and they are open during the summer months.

Car hire is easy to arrange although there is a regular bus service, which passes by the end of the road. The buses go to Alicante and from there it is possible to catch a bus to many different places. There is also a frequent bus service to Santa Pola, well worth a visit. You have a'ROAD TRAIN' which will take you down to the beach. Back up on the train you could continue to the local shopping centre and back via the local restaurants and bars.

The Island of Tabarca is a lovely traffic free island accessed by a short ferry ride from Alicante or Santa Pola. Well worth a visit and somewhere to really relax out and enjoy a lovely meal.

Spend a day in Alicante and take the lift up to the top of the castle and take in the amazing views. Take the slow train to Benidorm and take in the coastal scenery as you go. In Benidorm there are many things to see and do. Apart from the water parks and visiting Mundamar(exotic animal park), why not go to see you Hotel and bar where the TV comedy Benidorm is filmed!

If walking up the hill is not enough to keep you fit you may like to visit the NEW PARK up by the roundabout. Here there is a children's play area and a selection of outside 'gym' equipment. Also within walking distance is a Spa where you can spend all day relaxing in the sauna, steam room or pools. Here you can also swim, use the gym and attend any of the fitness classes and all for only 15 euros a day. Have a look to videos in youtube, to videos Gran Alacan Area.

The area is beatiful, a unique place with beaches and trekking paths. Nice bars and restaurants. Just 10 min driving from Alicante Airport. It is a very well conected place (motorway just 8 kilometers away)

You can do diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing...................................fishing, golfing.............. PARRES WATERSPORTS (check in on google)

Really close to the airport but in this area you do not get any noise (in other places you get noise).
