"Un alojamiento 100% recomendable. Los apartamentos están en un edificio antiguo que cuando fuimos estaba en reconstrucción, pero por dentro estaba todo impecable. Nos esperábamos algo más precario dado el bajo precio del alquiler, pero nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos, decorados con un estilo clásico acogedor. Están muy bien equipados y disponen de cocina, baño y varias habitaciones (unas dan a la calle y otras no, por si a alguien le molesta el ruido de la calle, no obstante nosotros, situados en el segundo piso, no apreciamos que fuera una calle ruidosa). El edificio está muy bien situado, con trasporte público y varias zonas de interés turístico cerca. Además el dueño, Pedro, es una persona muy amable y atenta. En resumen, disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable."

"Bonjour Nous étions les premiers locataires de cet appartement rénové en juillet 2011 ; les travaux ayant pris du retard Pedro nous avait proposé son propre appartement ce que nous avons refusé compte tenu du coût locatif très bas proposé. Pedro a su marquer de son empreinte la décoration de cet appartement pour lui donner cette touche romantique que nous ne connaissions pas. L''appartement est grand et correspond parfaitement à une famille de 5 personnes. L''équipement est complet et Pedro s''est mis en 4 dès qu''il manquait quelque chose. Les services proposés par Pedro ont été appréciés car il nous a aidé à construire nos visites par quartiers. Evidemment son emplacement sur une des places centrales de Lisboa ne permet pas le silence total car le tram traditionnel passe juste en bas dans la rue. Mais sachez comme nous apprécier cet avantage pour laisser la voiture au parking à côté (150m) et visiter la ville à pied."

"Seul point positif : bonne situation géographique. Les équipements ne correspondent pas à l'annonce : pas d'aspirateur, pas de télévision ni de chaîne Hifi, fer à repasser en mauvais état, ustensiles de cuisine en mauvais état... Propreté : de façon générale, il y a un manque d'hygiène et pas d'entretien : présence de poussière sur les meubles, réfrigérateur sale en présence d'aliments des précédents locataires, moisissures sur le rideau de douche, odeurs de remontées d'égouts couverts par des diffuseurs de parfum électriques, vitres sales : présence de peinture et de marqueur (pas de nettoyage de fin de chantier), pas d'alèses sur les matelas... Bruit : appartement bruyant lié à la qualité des huisseries (très légères) et des passages incessants du tramway et des bus. Concernant la partie administrative, aucun contrat de location ne nous a été fourni ni même de facture comme nous l'avions demandé. Enfin, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour d'une semaine car nous avons été piqués par des puces (hygiène du logement) déclenchant des allergies. Aucun remboursement n'a été effectué par le propriétaire contrairement à ses engagements (420 Euros). Pour conclure, location à ne pas conseiller."

"Sincerely I was devastated and so sad when I read so many lies and calumnies about my apartment, because I didn't deserve to be so offended by people that I welcome specially as my friends (in the same way, I've always done with everyone that generously comes to visit (me and/or) this city). About what was written, I can swear by my Honor that the truth is this: - the fridge was not dirty and didn't have things of the last guests. - the curtain of the shower was cleaned. - the invisible insects were a horrible fantasy (lie), because those people stayed here 1 week and it wouldn't be possible that they might have stayed all that time (7 nights), being beaten constantly, every day and every night... Never nobody (after or before) complained about such occurrence. - the glasses of the windows were also cleaned and it is very unfair the mention that one glass had some ink, because I told her that it had been substituted one day before their arrival and because of that it had yet some numbers (its size) written (by the person who had cut and had installed it). - the bad smells, I don't know which ones could be... unless she was referring the smell I found in the toilet, because neither the water deposit was used before their departure (leaving their feces maybe as a "gift" to me, I guess...). - the vacuum cleaner, I lent the mine and it was left damaged. - the television/HIFI, if they didn't have them, was because they also didn't ask for (I warned that, for prevent robberies, I always keep the Plasma LCD/HIFI in my apartment, before the arrivals). - the contract and the bill never were required (by them). - they never asked me for (substitute of) any utensil for the kitchen (because if they had done, for sure I would have given what it was asked). -the iron was new and the woman dirtied because she left it, hot, on a table covered with a plastic cover, however I pretended to believe in her innocence, I lent the mine and cleaned the other (that she damaged). Finally, I would like to clarify that I only can understand the intention of all these calumnies (made without presentation of any proof and made only with subjective and cruel words) as a personal revenge because: - It was almost impossible for me, receive the entire amount for the stay of 2 weeks (reserved before, by them), because the woman changed her plans and only wished stay and pay one week... In the beginning, the woman told me that they were having a problem with the credit card here in Lisbon and because of that they could not withdraw any money from the ATM... but when I told them that they could also pay by (Paypal in) internet, they also invented an excuse, saying that the website had some problems too. So, I had to wait 5 days to receive the entire payment and in the end, they also only wished to pay one week. Unfortunately, I could not accept, because the apartment had been reserved for 2 weeks and I told them that: If I didn't receive the entire payment, they would have to depart immediately, because I would need the apartment to satisfy other requests... They paid very angry... and only 2 days after, they departed, suddenly, without telling nothing (with the keys) and leaving the apartment in the worse conditions I ever saw since I welcome people here... I cried when I saw it (the shower and the toilet blocked and dirty (hair and feces), furniture broken (chairs, bed, table and secretary) and many objects stolen (blankets, towels, cutlery, clocks, candlesticks)... An absolutely nightmare... The only truth that the woman said was about the tram, because there is one lovely, typical and antique tram (very loved by the visitors) that crosses this street. However I'm sure that it is much less noisier than the screeches she made, when she was arguing with her family inside the apartment (even at night), annoying the remaining guests of the other apartments (fortunately I've never met anyone so strange (for everything that I saw and I heard, I think that her behavior can be only a consequence of some health problem, because that woman revealed a duality in her personality that is not normal, neither healthier). In summary, those falsities were a consequence of a revenge against me because I could not accept that the payment was made only for one week, because the reserve was made for two. However I would have accepted, without demanding any else payment, that those people had canceled the reserve and hadn't stayed here even just one night. Unfortunately, for some reason, they chose to stay one week and revenged with lies and calumnies against the apartment, only to hurt me, because I didn't satisfy their pretension of a smaller payment. Easily, everyone can understand that nobody (normal) accept to stay in a place so dirty (as the woman referred), so many nights (7), being beaten for invisible insects... If, what she wrote, had been true (the lack of hygiene), obviously she wouldn't have stayed in the apartment, even one night or would have departed very sooner, demanding not only half of the payment but the totality..."
